ProtoWe provides SLA/SLS/SLM 3D printing prototype services since 2016. Now we are a important provider in SLA 3D printing prototyping in China. By 2020, ProtoWe has 20+ SLA printers and 200+ SLA printers in our alliance certified partners. The max whole print part is as long as 1,600 mm. We have 5 sets of HP SLS printers to print PA/Nylon material or with GF, 50+ SLS printers in our alliance certified partners. The PA parts have very micromish and pyknotic surface and great strength. For SLM printing, we have 3 sets printer, main print some mold steel and stainless steel.

SLA is short for Stereolithography, an additive manufacturing process that is created by selectively curing a polymer resin layer-by-layer using an ultraviolet (UV) laser beam. The materials used in SLA are photosensitive thermoset polymers that come in a liquid form. Below it’s some features in ProtoWe.

SLS is short for Selective laser sintering, an additive manufacturing (AM) technology that uses a laser to sinter powdered plastic material into a solid structure based on a 3D model. Low cost per part, high productivity, and established materials make the technology ideal for a range of applications from rapid prototyping to small batch manufacturing. At ProtoWe:

SLM 3D Printing Prototypes

SLM is short for Selective Laser Melting, an additive manufacturing method specially developed for 3D Printing metal alloys. It creates parts additively by fusing metal powder particles together in a full melting process. SLM in ProtoWe:

ABS-like material, resistant to normal temperature (40-50°C), meeting most of the appearance verification and common assembly requirements. Common used for automotive, aerospace, medical equipment, industrial consumer goods, etc.

ABS-like material, resistant to normal temperature (40-50°C), Good quality with smooth surface. Common used for automotive, medical, consumer electronics, etc

ABS-like material. It is gray-black, with a smooth surface, good toughness, good plasticity and good strength. Resistant to normal temperature (40-50°C). Common used for concept or function prototypes of automotive, medical, consumer electronics etc.

ABS-like material. Grey, high temperature resistant to 96° C.  Could used for aerospace, heavy machinery.

ABS-like material. Temperature resistance: 40-50℃, transparency up to 90%, high definition, moisture-proof and waterproof. The final product effect is only translucent if the post-processing is not selected for full-transparency. Used for automotive, aerospace and other industries. For post-processing of fully transparent parts, please select fully transparent processing.

ABS-like material. The temperature resistance is 40~50°, and the tearing property is average. The SLA process can only do 60 shore A. For the remaining shore A, please choose other processes. Could used for automotive, aerospace, medical equipment, industrial consumer goods, etc.

Wear-resistant, high temperature resistance 100°C, oil resistance, good dimensional stability. Could used for Medical devices, oral surgery, pharmaceutical and food packaging industries.

Wear resistance, high temperature 160°C mechanical properties, strong dimensional stability, recyclable.

High temperature resistance of 100°C, UV resistance, aging resistance, scratch resistance, impact resistance, anti-static, self-cleaning.

SLM Materials

Mechanical properties of aluminum alloys. Used for automotive, aerospace, medical equipment.

Mechanical properties of stainless steel. Used for automotive, aerospace, medical equipment.

Mechanical properties of mold steel.
